The Norwegian Copyright Development Association (Norcode) was established 26 October 2007 by five collective management organisations: BONO, Gramo, Kopinor, Norwaco and TONO. The Association’s objective is to carry out international development work in the copyright field.

Norcode is so far engaged in activites in Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Eritrea and Vietnam.

Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
